Your tasks
Maintaining technical systems with a focus on building automation and
measurement and control technology in municipal buildings
Monitoring of building automation and measurement and control systems for functionality and energy-efficient operation in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines
Planning and modification of hardware for control and regulation components as well as implementation of programming specifications in existing systems and their documentation
Acceptance and verification of company services and their documentation, rectification of defects and warranty tracking
Organization of maintenance measures in coordination with facility management
Close cooperation with system managers, energy management, and external institutions
Technical instructions for users
Participation in on-call duty for troubleshooting

Your profile
Technician or master in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical engineering, or a comparable field or a comparable qualification
Alternatively, experienced skilled worker in a recognized trade such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical engineering, or energy and building technology or a comparable qualification, with a willingness to further qualify
Relevant professional experience in the chosen field
Teamwork and customer orientation
Comprehensive knowledge of office applications and specialized programs
Oral and written communication skills (German language level at least B2)
Organizational skills and good work structure
