    Salary Information: $60,000 — $65,000 USD


    Workplace Requirements: Hybrid with Flexibility


    Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance


    Hard Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Experience with SAP, EROS, and JIRA (preferred)
    • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
    • Ability to analyze and review information from multiple sources
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

    Soft Skills:

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively
    • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
    • Excellent leadership skills

    Job Responsibilities:


    The Senior Royalty Analyst will play a crucial role in Royalty Operations, handling all aspects of royalty administration for artists across labels.

    Responsibilities include preparing accounting statements, reviewing sales and costs, managing recoupment analyses, overseeing sales transactions, responding to inquiries, and supporting special projects.

    The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, proficiency in relevant software, and excellent communication abilities. A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of four years of related work experience are required.
