Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for, organizing and leading the technical conception, planning, construction and commissioning of all PCS activities up to a certain extent.
- Independent handling of planning, implementation and support of plant shutdowns and projects
- Ensuring the availability, cost-effectiveness, safety and quality of production plants and their infrastructure
- Responsible for implementing and complying with legal requirements regarding personnel, environmental and plant protection, and for the maintenance of electrical and I&C equipment
- Preparation and monitoring of planned maintenance, participation in the determination of PCS positions to be tested in cooperation with the area engineer and plant management
- Creation of work plans, initiation and tracking of functional tests
- Ensuring proper plant documentation
- Design of field instruments and electrical connections
- Collaboration with PCS experts, external specialist groups, institutions, etc.
- Client and controlling function at the interface to in-house and external service providers
- Assistance in evaluating and implementing improvement suggestions
- Responsible electrical specialist, plant manager and authorized person according to BetrSichV
Your Qualifications:
- Completed engineering degree in electrical / automation engineering or a comparable qualification
