'''Responsibilities'''- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls
- Manage social media accounts
- Curate marketing plans to increase local cliental
- Service incoming inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Canva
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent
