Description
We are seeking a Chiropractic Assistant to become a part of our team You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures and benefit verifications
- Escort patients to exam rooms
- Set patients up on therapies
- Show patients therapeutic stretches and exercises.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Chiropractic or other related medical fields
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to handle multiline phone system
- Microsoft Office proficient
Clinic Hours:
Mon, Wed, Friday: 7:45a - 6p
Tuesday: 7:45a - 5p
Thursday: 7:45a - 12p
Saturday: 9a - 12p (Open 3 per month)
Lunch Break 12-2pm
