    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Analytics Manager to join our fast-growing team in the medical industry.

    The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in data analysis, predictive modeling, and statistical interpretation to drive innovation and improvements across our organization.

    With a focus on enhancing patient outcomes and operational efficiency, the Analytics Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our data-driven future.

    Fully Remote w/ monthly to ever other month travel (w/ 3 weeks notice)

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Analytics Manager to join our fast-growing team in the medical industry.

    With a focus on enhancing patient outcomes and operational efficiency, the Analytics Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our data-driven future.

    Oversee the design, development, and deployment of data-driven solutions to support strategic decision-making and drive operational excellence.

    Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
    Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
    Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
    Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
    Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
    Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
    Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the analytics field, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.

    Proven experience in data modeling, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
    databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks).
    Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.).
    Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
    Proven ability to drive business results with data-based insights.
