The Operations Manager - Recovery Housing is responsible for the overall supervision and oversight of the Transitional Living Program and Recovery Housing operations. The Operations Manager will provide a trauma informed, crisis prevention approach to provide a safe and welcoming environment. This position will be responsible for direct oversight of the 24/7 recovery support staff including a 2nd Shift Supervisor. It is the responsibly of the manager to ensure proper onboarding and ongoing training of staff. The manager will monitor and enforce agency, health licensing requirements and program policies to ensure safety. The Operations Manager will be part of the day shift rotation and will oversee all aspects of the shifts to support operations by completing designated tasks such as scheduling, coordination of care, bed assignment, and referrals.


Requirements:


Minimum Requirements (Education/Experience/Certificates/Licenses):


  • Bachelor's degree from fouryear College or university.
  • 2+ years supervisory experience.
  • Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Preferred MLADC/LADC but not required.
  • Experience in Substance use Treatment or Recovery Housing.
