IT Support Specialist

Purpose:

Qualifications:

OS Support
Windows 10, 1
Level 1 Help Desk Support
Call response and Triage
Desktop Hardware Troubleshooting
Basic Audio/Visual Hardware Setup
Basic Technical knowledge of PCs and desktop hardware
Familiarity with remote control and other diagnostic tools to identify issues.
Ability to operate with mínimal supervision, prioritize workload, other assigned tasks, learn new, technical product information quickly and demonstrate the ability to meet current operating level agreements.
Maintain and document guidelines, standards, processes, and procedures in relation to the computing environment.
Support and troubleshoot current standard of MS Windows 10\Windows 11 operating systems, & MS Office 36
Dell / Lexmark/HP Remote/On-Site Printer Support
LDAP, ActiveSync, Active Directory, & Exchange Online
Basic Network Knowledge
Basic iOS knowledge
