    Zions Wealth Management group is a specialized division within the bank that offers comprehensive financial services to affluent, high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses. These services often include personalized investment strategies, financial planning, estate and tax planning, succession planning, and risk management. The primary goal of a wealth management group is to help clients grow and preserve their wealth while providing expert guidance to navigate complex financial situations and achieve their long-term financial objectives. Zions Wealth Management is a strategic focus for the Zions Bancorporation, an organization thatexpands across eight affiliate banks in the Western United States.

    We are currently seeking an experienced Client Account Service Associate (CASA) to join our team. This position can be located in Salt Lake City, UT and is part of the Zions Wealth Management division.

    As a Client Account Service Associate, you will manage the execution of client service activities for multiple Wealth Advisors across multiple regions. This position enhances the client experience by providing exceptional service, supporting business functions, assisting in safeguarding client assets, and serving as administrative and operational support to Wealth Advisors.     The ideal candidate will:

  • Exhibit a strong commitment to supporting Wealth Advisors through servicing and administrative functions which include, but not limited to, new client onboarding, account opening, account maintenance, processing cash flows, engagement with our third-party vendors, pipeline reporting, and assisting with client and prospect presentations
  • Be comfortable in managing outgoing mailings, electronic filing, phone coverage, expense management, calendar management, and client and prospect appointments
  • Take ownership of other Wealth Advisor office tasks allowing them to focus on revenue growth
  • Organize and assist in the maintenance of complete client account and trade-related records for Wealth Advisors and certain required files for branch offices
  • Actively engage with client inquiries and resolve service needs and transactions through research, working with third-party vendors, various internal departments, and other team members
  • Act as a first line of defense in identifying potential suspicious client activity or behavior and following normal enterprise escalation procedures

    • To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 - 4+ years of experience, ideally in a service or operational role at a wealth management or brokerage firm
  • FINRA Series 7& 66 (65/63) licenses preferred
  • A combination of education and experience may meet requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of investment management industry and products
  • Excellent client service skills, attention to detail, and follow through
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Enjoys creating relationships with clients and resolve client account needs
  • Strong oral and written communication, and proficient in office software applications
