- Perform radiographic procedures with precision and attention to detail, meeting the specific needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with a specialized medical team to prepare patients and equipment for interventional procedures, ensuring patient safety at all times.
- Demonstrate expertise in various procedures including but not limited to angiography, vascular access, embolization, and neuro interventions.
- Conduct daily quality assurance tests on equipment to maintain optimal performance levels.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
- Completion of a two-year radiological technology program in an AMA approved educational institution.
- Minimum of twelve months on-the-job training in angiography or equivalent.
- Preferred experience of two years in a hospital special procedure environment.
- Valid certification in diagnostic radiography by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART).
- Active State of Maryland licensure.
- Current American Heart Association Health Care BLS certification.
