We are currently seeking a
Doctoral Candidate (m/f/d) in Physics Education to join our "DeltaX Student Laboratory" department starting on September 1, 2023.

This position is initially limited to 3 years.


Your tasks will include:


  • Developing and preparing experiments and accompanying materials for middle and high school students in the fields of physics, chemistry, and biology
  • Creating pedagogical concepts for teaching research topics using modern methods, media, and technology
  • Developing new approaches for experiments and projects in the student laboratory
  • Organizing and conducting experiment days, online courses, holiday programs, etc.
  • Mentoring students (m/f/d) in their research projects

Your profile should include:


  • A good to excellent degree in teaching or a university degree in a natural science, preferably in physics
  • Interest in scientific research and developing new approaches in science education
  • Experience with extracurricular learning environments
  • Experience in project and event organization and management
  • Strong social skills and enjoyment in working with people
  • Excellent team and communication skills
