    Your Role

    As a Design Manager at Gensler, you will use your keen eye for detail and people skills to successfully deliver client projects within budget and on schedule. You will gain valuable project management experience by collaborating on innovative projects spanning various industries.

    What You Will Do
    • Oversee all aspects of corporate interior projects, from initiation to design to construction oversight
    • Establish and communicate clear project goals and requirements
    • Manage project timelines, finances, and coordination with subcontractors and vendors
    • Lead diverse project teams, including architects, designers, and graphic artists
    • Monitor project financials and prepare proposals and contracts
    • Ensure project adherence to contractual agreements
    Your Qualifications
    • 12-15 years of experience managing corporate interior projects
    • Proficiency in project lifecycle management
    • Skilled in team leadership, management, and mentorship
    • Expertise in project scope negotiation and fee structures
    • Knowledge of building codes, standards, and structures
    • Demonstrated fiscal accountability and strong communication skills
    • Proficiency in Revit is a plus
    • Ability to cultivate and expand client relationships
    • Degree in Architecture or Interior Design required
    • AIA, NCIDQ, or CID certification preferred
    The salary range for this role is $110-140k per year, complemented by bonuses and benefits, dependent on experience.
