As an Associate Program Manager, you will partner with talented and accomplished managers and executives to help grow and scale our technical departments.

As a generalist, your role may range from project management to business intelligence to process development, and you enjoy switching between these modes to fill any gaps that arise.

You'll work closely on a daily basis with executives in our Engineering and Research departments, helping them reach strategic initiatives and foster a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities:


  • Support Engineering department executives and team leads in the planning process, including setting and reaching goals, and providing visibility and transparency into ongoing progress
  • Establish a reliable and visible cadence for project review and prioritization, making improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness organizationwide.
  • Support development of departmental governance structure that drives effective executive decisionmaking
  • Implement communications standards across projects including executive and key partner communications
  • Manage multiple crossfunctional projects, driving prioritization, planning, coordination and execution
  • Determine and implement best practices, ensuring that lessons learned are incorporated into subsequent projects

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 13 years of program or project management, strategy and operations, or other related work
  • Intellectually curious explorer interested in learning about a broad variety of business challenges
  • Exceptional demonstrated collaboration, coordination, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills
  • Adept at identifying issues, evaluating potential solutions, and implementing strategies to overcome challenges
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities, project requirements, and unexpected circumstances in dynamic environments
  • Ability to cultivate positive relationships with various stakeholders within and without the technical departments, in order to facilitate collaboration and achieve objectives
  • Organized executor capable of independently managing multiple workstreams on schedule with high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated drive to leave things better than you found them
  • Familiarity with team collaboration software, such as Jira and Confluence or similar
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred:


  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, especially Scrum Master experience
  • Experience with OKRs and strategic planning
  • Business intelligence experience
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 in the location(s) of this posting.

Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.

Base salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits.

Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, 20 days of paid time off, 9 sick days, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
