Duties and Responsibilities
Handle high volume inbound calls.
Assist customers with any product related inquiries.
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Utilize appropriate CRM databases to complete customer and order data entry.
Maintain detailed and organized records and reports.
Understand products/services in order to upsell packages.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree.
2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work within a team environment.
