As a sales manager, you will be responsible for a region with 5-7 sales areas in the Kassel/Frankfurt region.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on the challenge of future-oriented and successful market positioning.

You also have a passion for leading a team and working with business partners from Human Resources and Store Concept to ensure the success of your region.

YOU SHOW COMMITMENT AND YOU
- have several years of leadership and sales experience in retail, preferably in a chain store environment
- have a strong affinity for numbers and a results-oriented mindset
- are enthusiastic about omnichannel retail and have a deep understanding of customer and employee needs
- have the ambition to develop yourself and your team into high performers
- possess cooperative, motivating communication and decision-making skills
- have good English skills
- take responsibility for the financial planning and success of the region
