• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Lead and manage all aspects of the organization's operations, including finance, human resources, and program management
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to expand the organization's reach and impact
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, donors, and community partners
• Monitor organizational performance and make recommendations for process improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as an Executive Director or similar position
• Strong business acumen with a track record of successful business development initiatives
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement
• Solid understanding of financial management principles and practices
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
