- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Lead and manage all aspects of the organization's operations, including finance, human resources, and program management
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to expand the organization's reach and impact
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, donors, and community partners
- Monitor organizational performance and make recommendations for process improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
Experience:
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as an Executive Director or similar position
- Strong business acumen with a track record of successful business development initiatives
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement
- Solid understanding of financial management principles and practices
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
