Description

Responsibilities:
Support Visitor Control Teams at Webster Field, St. Inigoes, MD on a part-time/as needed basis.

Specific responsibilities include greeting building employees and visitors, verifying proper identification of personnel entering the building, scheduling conference rooms, answering telephones, and assisting customers to meeting locations or with other information requests.


Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.


Experience:
Minimum of six (6) years professional experience in a customer-service related position.


Other:
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. An Active Secret Security Clearance is preferred. Outstanding customer service skills a must.
