Machine Shop Lead- Night Shift - Houston, United States - Spike Electric Controls

Description

We are currently looking to expand our manufacturing team with the addition of a night shift. This position requires 10 plus years experience in CNC machining and staff supervision.

We have state of the art machinery, including a machine center, laser cutter(s), CNC brakes, punchers, press brake and router table.

Though you may not have specific knowledge on our machinery, we would be willing to train you with our day shift until you are up to speed on our manufacturing and quality standards.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Responsible leadership for the pm machine shop
• Material takeoff and identification
• Reading, understanding and loading cad files to designated machinery

- organizing and palletizing components for further processing

• Minimal post processing of components
• Clean and maintain work areas
• Be consistent and punctual
• Have the ability to delegate tasks and supervise the pm staff, as required

$70, $90,000.00 per year
