    Job Description


    TITLE: Lead Software Developer (Multiple Positions)


    LOCATION: St. Louis, MO


    Contribute to the team responsible for designing, developing, modifying, enhancing, and implementing software systems to support new and existing business initiatives. Responsibilities include:

    • Supporting, troubleshooting, and developing enterprise buy-flows and web services for the backend.
    • Analyzing and developing solutions based on customer requirements.
    • Writing code, performing unit and integration testing, and ensuring proper execution and adherence to business and technical requirements.
    • Leading code review sessions to validate adherence with development standards.
    • Projecting and establishing a framework for upcoming projects and initiatives.
    • Influencing system design by identifying and recommending design and requirements needs.
    • Resolving technical problems promptly to improve application performance and functionality.
    • Assisting in the development and implementation of migration, consolidation, and system upgrade strategies.
    • Providing input to development teams and contributing to the simplification and enhancement of the customer experience.

    EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, with specific experience requirements in JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, and Microservices.

    *A hybrid (office and remote) arrangement is available.*

    *Employment will be performed at various locations in St. Louis, MO.*
