- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their HVAC needs and offer appropriate assistance.
- Evaluate sales leads for Home Solutions Advisors, ensuring they align with customer needs and service offerings.
- Schedule appointments and consultations with Home Solutions Advisors based on lead qualifications and availability.
- Arrange and schedule duct cleanings with Home Performance Technicians, optimizing technician schedules and customer preferences.
- Manage scheduling systems to allocate resources efficiently and meet service deadlines.
- Monitor service progress, communicate with technicians, and address any scheduling conflicts or customer concerns promptly.
- Input and maintain accurate sales lead information in scheduling systems and bidding software.
- Handle financial transactions, including collecting down payments and processing financing paperwork.
- Register HVAC equipment warranties for customer peace of mind and timely manufacturer support.
- Complete various administrative tasks like data entry, updating records, and organizing documents.
- Assist in scanning, filing, and organizing documents to ensure efficient record-keeping and compliance.
- Work with the team on cross-functional projects to improve departmental efficiency and customer satisfaction.
