Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our Managed Services team You will support a wide variety of our client's IT needs helping them maintain a trouble free and secure network environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support clients via remote help desk tools
- Visit client sites as needed
- Hardware & Software deployments, upgrades, and maintenance
- Onboarding/Offboarding client users
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on client systems
- Maintain network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches
- Create/maintain client documentation
- Periodic on call or after hours project work
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a level 1 or 2 help desk technician or systems administrator
- Indepth knowledge of Windows servers & desktops including Active Directory
- Familiarity with administration of Microsoft 365/Azure
- Indepth knowledge of network hardware including firewalls, switches, and wireless equipment
- Familiarity with RMM, PSA, and other remote support tools
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work in and individual and team environment
- Deadline and detailoriented
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Strong customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- A+ Certification
- Network+ Certification
- Security+ Certification
- Familiarity with Sonicwall
- Familiarity with Ubiquiti
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 including Entra & Intune
- Familiarity with scripting and automation

$ $30.00 per hour
