    Job DescriptionGentle Crane Wellness Spa is a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation, offering an array of luxurious spa treatments. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Sales and Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our spa and assist in creating exceptional experiences for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, providing information about the hotel and its services, and ensuring that all check-in and check-out procedures are followed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.As the Front Desk Sales and Receptionist at our Spa, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. Your role will involve providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and promoting our spa's offerings to meet sales targets.Responsibilities:
    • Greet clients with a welcoming and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
    • Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations using our spa management software.
    • Assist clients in selecting appropriate spa treatments based on their preferences and needs.
    • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
    • Provide detailed information about our spa services, packages, and promotions to encourage bookings.
    • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, keeping promotional materials well-stocked.
    • Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling spa services and retail products.
    • Handle client feedback and concerns with empathy, escalating issues when necessary.
    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or sales roles preferred.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficient in using spa management software or similar systems.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Positive and approachable attitude, even in high-pressure situations.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
    • Basic knowledge of spa treatments, services, and products is a plus.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
