With a team of 100 employees, we ensure IT service operations and user support for approximately servers and clients across Europe. We offer numerous solutions and services tailored to the specific needs of our clients' industries. We analyze internal and external processes and prepare companies for the future, as IT is the foundation of every business and must be flexible and scalable for new challenges. As a Microsoft Gold Partner, we work closely with our clients and have defined our processes according to best practices (ITIL). We excel in our core business, but we want more. That's why we are developing new services and are currently looking for Server Administrators (m/f/d) for our location in Wermelskirchen.

Your Profile

You have a degree in IT or a comparable education.
Microsoft certifications and knowledge of ITIL processes are desirable.
You enjoy working in a team, think in solutions and customer-oriented ways, and have initiative and independence.
You have good German and English skills.
