    YOUR MISSION:


    Critical leadership position responsible for overseeing and optimizing the technology of cyber security, service delivery, infrastructure, and IT operations within our manufacturing company locations in North America and Europe.

    This role requires a strategic mindset, strong technical skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.

    As the Director of IT Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of our IT systems, reducing our cyber risk, driving technical innovation, and improving cost efficiency, and supporting business growth.


    A DAY IN THE LIFE:

    Strategic Decision-Making:
    Collaborate with senior management to make informed decisions regarding operational activities and set long-term strategic goals.
    Align IT Operations to support factory efficiency.
    Oversee cyber operations across all PASA locations.
    Work with global teams to align and drive efficiency and effectiveness of global IT operations.

    Cyber Security:
    Partner with the Global CISO to continuously reduce cyber risk across PAS.
    Monitor, measure and manage security risks through ongoing assessments and the implementation of appropriate safeguards.
    Enforce global information security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
    Provide guidance, communication, and direction on security matters to executive leadership.

    Operational Management:
    Manage all IT Infrastructure and maintain a technical roadmap to facilitate effective ongoing operations.
    Supervise IT Operations staff across PASA locations, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
    Evaluate the efficiency of existing IT processes and procedures. Implement improvements where necessary.
    Promote and oversee strategic information technology relationships between internal stakeholders and external partners.

    Resource Allocation and Procurement:
    Manage procurement processes, including coordinating material and resource allocation.
    Oversee vendor relationships and agreements to optimize resource utilization.
    Work with 3rd party partners to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.

    Customer Support Enhancement:


    Senior leader responsible for the IT Service Delivery team, both internal and outsourced members to plan, monitor, and deliver great day-to-day end user support and drive continuous improvement.

    Organize and enhance customer support processes and policies to improve overall customer satisfaction.
    Ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues affecting internal and external stakeholders.
    MUST-


    HAVES:


    Proven track record as a Director of IT Operations or in an equivalent position in a Manufacturing environment including factories and warehouses.

    Strong technical knowledge in all IT operational areas is required – cyber security, networks, cloud and on-prem infrastructure, service delivery, and asset management.

    Knowledge of Service Now is strongly desired.
    Excellent organizational, and leadership skills. Need a strong ability to collaborate and influence.
    Ability to align IT initiatives with business goals, both within PASA and across our global environment
    Proficient in analyzing business requirements and determining technology needs.
    Familiarity with managing budgets and optimizing costs.
    Understanding of manufacturing processes and IT solutions specific to the industry.

    The Head of the PMO holds both leadership and management roles in the PMO.

    Responsible for various methods and practices around provisioning IT in the business, improving the overall PPM maturity across the organization, and tracking and reporting the conformance to plans and expectations of strategic initiatives.
