These challenges are waiting for you:

  • You will take on the overall project management for the construction of pipelines and systems for district heating projects.
  • You will lead the projects based on excellent service orientation, communication, teamwork, and customer care.
  • You will be responsible for the proper planning and execution of district heating projects.
  • You will handle and monitor all necessary approval procedures, procurement of external routes, and soil analyses.
  • You will create accurate and market-oriented cost calculations for planning and construction measures as well as customer projects.
  • You will monitor and control contractors in terms of budget, adherence to deadlines, and quality.

    • What you bring:

  • Completed degree in energy, supply or heating technology, technical building equipment, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or civil engineering, or a comparable education
  • Experience in project management, ideally in (partial) project management
  • Experience in the district heating sector (steam/hot water) desirable, expertise in civil engineering/pipe construction or building construction, engineering construction, media supply, and control and instrumentation technology advantageous
  • Good knowledge of general rules and standards in civil and pipe construction, as well as HOAI and VOB, supplemented by knowledge
