YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Leading a team of experienced controllers and being responsible for the creation of monthly and quarterly reports, as well as their analysis and identification of necessary actions * Analyzing deviations from plans and taking and managing countermeasures * Collaborating on cost and contribution margin calculations * Creating economic plans, calculations, and profitability analyses * Participating in budget and salary negotiations and preparing negotiation and agreement documents * Actively participating in projects for the operational and strategic development of the clinic YOUR PROFILE * You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or have a comparable qualification and have experience in hospital controlling * You have comprehensive knowledge of hospital financing and are familiar with the relevant regulations and laws * You have strong analytical skills and are able to identify and implement necessary actions * You are a team player and have excellent communication and leadership skills * You are proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
