    We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and help elevate our brand to new heights.


    The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand's visibility and market share.

    This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to manage brand marketing, influencer marketing campaigns, and offline event marketing effectively.

    The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for driving brand growth through innovative marketing initiatives.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Brand Management:
    Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen brand presence and achieve marketing objectives. Oversee the creation of marketing materials and digital content that align with our brand identity.

    Influencer Marketing:
    Identify and collaborate with influencers across various platforms to expand brand reach and authenticity. Negotiate partnerships and manage end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns.

    Event Marketing:

    Plan and execute offline events, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional events, to enhance brand engagement and customer experience.

    Coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and ensure seamless event execution.

    Market Analysis:
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape. Utilize data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.

    Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.

    Performance Measurement:
    Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness. Adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed objectives.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

    3-5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful brand and campaign management.

    Strong understanding of brand development, influencer marketing strategies, and event planning.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve problems and achieve marketing goals.

    Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and content management systems.

    Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
