Description
Education:
1-2 years medical experience
High School Diploma
- Schedule Patients either by phone or faxes for all modalities
- Ensure when scheduling to fill all gaps
- Answer Phones and maintain quality customer service at all times
- Work on Order list throughout the day
- Work on fax list all day
- Assist is the training of new hires (when needed)
- Handle Spanish calls and assist with translations in office (as needed)
- Assist in answering questions for the Radiology Tech's
- Eligibility for PPO insurances and assist with HMO insurance when needed.
- Any additional tasks assigned.
- Commute to other locations if needed
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
