Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of insurance professionals to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional service.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base and revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized insurance solutions.
  • Ensure the agency operates efficiently and complies with all regulations and industry standards.
  • Give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in commercial insurance management. Minimum five years experience in insurance agency management.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of employee management and agency operations.
  • Must have a current New Jersey Property and Casualty License, Indepth knowledge of commercial insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to make informed decisions and drive business success.
  • Must be familiar with Agency Systems and proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Word.
