Your tasks:

management of the carpentry team (13 employees) preparation of offers and cost calculations organization of order processing quality, cost and deadline control personnel planning and employee management measurement and billing You bring with you: qualification as a master carpenter (Tischlermeister) knowledge of traditional as well as modern techniques of carpentry knowledge of production and restoration as well as professional experience in monument preservation are an advantage organizational talent with communication and assertiveness skills and leadership experience results- and customer-oriented thinking and acting driver's license We prefer online applications at the WERNER Group - it's easy and the fastest way to success together.
