Description
The Counselor/Case Manager position will have the following job responsibilities:
- Caseload of approximately clients
- Facilitation of psychoeducational groups
- Case management
- Creating and updating comprehensive individualized treatment plans
- Weekly notes on progress toward treatment plan goals
- Documentation of all group and/or Telehealth client interactions and other required documentation in our electronic health record system
- Function as the client's advocate in all treatment decisions affecting the client
Skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to work with mental health, addictions, and cooccurring clientele
- Efficient oral and written communication and decisionmaking skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Creativity and flexibility
- Team player, professional, friendly
- Basic computer literacy
LAC, LSW, or other licenses are preferred_
Supervision offered towards license
Pay:
From $41,600.00 per year
