Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Common job duties include assisting with system setup, answering IT questions and installing new software and hardware.

provides computer and network support

responsibilities include setting up new computer systems, installing software, performing security updates and providing technical assistance.

troubleshooting user issues, resolving error messages and managing computer inventory.

ensures computer systems are operating efficiently by reporting malfunctions and conducting regular maintenance.

This role may also involve documenting and tracking issues using a ticketing system.

ensuring each situation is thoroughly resolved and all components are in working order.

As a Field Technician, you'll deliver on-site support to our school district.

Maintaining hardware assets such as desktops, laptops, printers, and spare parts.

Conducting on-site visits that involve hands-on interactions with customer equipment, such as printer issues and workstation installations.

Properly documenting all actions taken and communicating effectively with the end user throughout life cycle of a ticket.

Carries out responsibilities in accordance with MCCSD policies, procedures

Complete assigned tickets in timely manner

Update asset tracking inventory in accordance with work instructions

Perform customer support related tasks and special projects as assigned by management

Office Suite, Windows Operating Systems, Remote Desktop tools, Google Workspace.
