La Grange is looking for a Deputy Operations Manager (m/f/d) or Housekeeping Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in full-time or part-time.

As a Deputy Operations Manager (m/f/d), you will support the Operations Manager of our community catering services in managing, organizing, and optimizing the entire kitchen process in our facilities located in the Main-Kinzig district.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting with day-to-day operations
  • Conducting inventory and placing orders
  • Handling general correspondence and controlling
  • Performing logistical and administrative tasks (inventory management, billing, etc.)
  • Actively participating in menu and meal planning
  • Maintaining relationships with clients (management, housekeeping, etc.)
  • Supporting the Operations Manager

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Solid experience in the field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in German (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
