    We are hiring RBTs/DSPs to provide supports to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities who may be dually diagnosed and have forensic concerns. Our EBSH (Enhanced Behavior Support Home) in the Vacaville/Fairfield area has availability for the following 40 hr shifts:

    Tuesday-Saturday 3:00PM-11:00PM
    Sunday-Thursday 3:00PM-11:00PM
    Friday-Tuesday 3:00PM-11:00PM

    Responsibilities:
    • Attend to the needs of each resident, including encouraging and/or assisting them with grooming, bathing, hygiene, and communicating other individual needs they may have
    • Support the needs and goals of each resident.
    • Assist with medications and follow the Seven Rights for verification purposes.
    • Provide supervision during community and recreational outings.
    • Prepare meals and store food in compliance with all regulations and program outline.
    • Assist with maintenance and sanitation of home and surroundings.
    • Record data and maintain files regarding residents health, progress, and special incidents, as outlined in Title 17, Title 22, and the Place of Grace Home program design.
    • Must competently use Nonviolent Crisis Intervention skills to manage individuals assaultive, SIB, property destruction, PICA or other behaviors.
    • Advocate on behalf of the resident; uphold respectful and efficient communication with residents and all relevant parties.
    • Understand organizations and support systems relating to residents life.
    • Dress according to dress code and safety purposes.
    • Attend ALL required trainings and staff meetings.
    Requirements:
    • Excellent communication skills; respectful and positive attitude toward residents, co-workers, consultants, and home visitors.
    • Must have a minimum of six months experience providing direct supervision or special services for persons with Developmental Disabilities.
    • Must be in good health, which will be verified by a physical health screening, including a test for tuberculosis.
    • Work weekend, holiday, and overnight shifts as necessary/required.
    • Must maintain RBT certification via BCBA supervision
    Must be able to meet Title 22 requirements, including, but not limited to:
    • Minimum age of 18
    • Proof of High school diploma or GED certificate
    • Health screening and TB clearance
    • Fingerprinting and DOJ/FBI criminal record clearance
    • CPR and First Aid training certificate
    • Valid California Drivers license
    • Clean driving record
