    We help individuals with different abilities, like intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions, in a variety of programs with a focus on providing person-centered care.

    This position pays $19.80 per hour.

    Candidates will have a desire to create a lasting positive impact on people's lives and enjoy coaching, mentoring, and encouraging others to reach their goals.


    What You Get to Do:
    Work a reliable schedule Monday
    • FridayAssist the persons served to direct the course of their own lives, develop and maintain relationships, and participate in their communitiesAssist individuals with planning and achieving goalsAssis with direct care and support with daily activities such as mealtime and personal careDrive the company van or small bus to activities in the communityFollow protocols and procedures to maintain a healthy and safe environmentAssist persons served to direct the course of their own lives, develop, and maintain relationships, and participate in their communities.
    Assist individuals with planning and achieving goals.
    Assist with direct care and support with daily activities, such as mealtime and personal cares.
    Plan various activities, outings, and workshops, to improve life skills and help build independence.
