- Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from day one.
- Develop and implement creative employee engagement initiatives that enhances the work environment and makes employees feel welcome.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify top talent and create innovative recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with Oregon-based team to coordinate training and development programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our team members, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, career development opportunities.
- Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors and managers on performance management.
- Serve as the face of ENTEK's Henderson facility through greeting visitors and ensuring they feel welcome.
- Champion diversity and inclusion, fostering an environment that celebrates our differences and promotes equal opportunities for all.
- Three (3) years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- A creative mindset and a knack for thinking outside the box to solve unique challenges.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- An offer of employment will be made contingent upon satisfactory results from a background check and a drug screen (excluding THC).
- Five (5) years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- SHRM or HRCI certification.
- Experience working in manufacturing or an equivalent environment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
