    The Role

    As our HR Generalist Extraordinaire, you will be the go-to person for all things HR-related. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact by fostering a positive work culture and supporting our amazing team members throughout their career journey. From onboarding and talent acquisition to employee engagement and development programs, your expertise will be instrumental in creating an environment where our team thrives.

    Responsibilities

    • Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from day one.
    • Develop and implement creative employee engagement initiatives that enhances the work environment and makes employees feel welcome.
    • Partner with hiring managers to identify top talent and create innovative recruitment strategies.
    • Collaborate with Oregon-based team to coordinate training and development programs.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to our team members, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, career development opportunities.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors and managers on performance management.
    • Serve as the face of ENTEK's Henderson facility through greeting visitors and ensuring they feel welcome.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Three (3) years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • A creative mindset and a knack for thinking outside the box to solve unique challenges.
    • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
    • An offer of employment will be made contingent upon satisfactory results from a background check and a drug screen (excluding THC).

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Five (5) years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • SHRM or HRCI certification.
    • Experience working in manufacturing or an equivalent environment.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish.
    Benefits:

    Pay Range: $60,000-$75,000
