Contract + potential to permanent

Module:
Hybrid ( In office, tuesdays & Wednesdays/week)

Description:

Aids in project schedules and assigning General Contractors and/or Sign Vendors.
Distributes all required project documents to external and internal contacts.

Negotiates pricing, reviews and approves proposals and invoices, tracks progress and ensures close-outs for all miscellaneous construction and signage initiatives assigned.

Supplies Client Field Organization and Management updates detailing the status of all miscellaneous construction and signage initiatives on a regular basis.


Good to Have:


  • 3+ years in Construction, Facilities, Store Planning, Fixturing, Architectural Design, or related construction trades is preferred.
  • Understanding and ability to read blueprints, specifically Floor Plans, Elevations, and Site Plans.
  • Strong knowledge of store layouts, HVAC, electrical and plumbing criteria would be desired.
  • Experience working on complex projects is good to have.
  • Retail experience is preferred.
  • General fixturing, and retail store planning knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to decipher landlord and city codes as it relates to exterior signs.
