Description
We are currently seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician to work full-time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing routine maintenance and repair including plumbing, electrical, HVAC
- Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager, Supervisor, or Administrator
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess a background and understanding of general maintenance, and past experience in this field.
- Must have a general knowledge of general plumbing, electrical repair, dry wall
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, kneel and have full use of the hands during the course of duties
