Trenton 'ViaNobis - Integration Assistance
At St. Johanna House, 24 people with chronic mental illnesses (psychoses, affective disorders, etc.) and/or severe personality disorders are cared for.

Residents receive support in all important areas of life, tailored to each individual's needs and determined through an individual needs assessment process.

Lost skills are re-taught in small steps, while remaining skills are stabilized and promoted. Residents live in individual apartments and communal areas where group activities take place. The goal is to promote and maintain the independence, self-determination, and self-responsibility of each individual. St. Johanna is a "self-sufficient house".
Your responsibilities
Accompanying residents in the support system; jointly developing individual goal plans and supporting residents in their personal development
Creating a therapeutic environment in the daily life of the living group; conducting learning and training activities
Collaborating with the residents' support system and cooperation partners
Your profile
Successfully completed studies/training in social work, social pedagogy, special education, nursing (m/f/d)
Interest in shift work (no night shifts)
Driver's license
