    Description

    Avada is a rapidly growing property management company that specializes in local cabin rentals.

    We are looking for individuals who can work well in a team, communicate effectively, and take pride in doing their job correctly.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, and basic carpentry.
    • Ability to interact with guests when necessary.
    • Provide documentation of work perform for each task assigned.
    • Identify undocumented issues or opportunities for improvement by creating new work orders to ensure properties get zero complaints.
    • Prevent further trips to properties by doing things right the first time.
    • Report when materials have been used at each property.
    • Complete a daily invoice which includes what properties were visited, the work performed, and the time spent.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Hot tub and pool maintenance.
    • Flooring and tile work.
    • HVAC knowledge.
    • Appliance repair experience.
    • Must have your own equipment.
    • May require occasional work during non-traditional hours.
    • Capable of estimating larger projects.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years of cabin maintenance experience with another company.
    • Strong multitasking abilities.
    • Comfortable using an app to view and update tasks.
