As a LPN at Prestige, you will be responsible for assisting in thedelivery of nursing services to residents, charting in our EMR system, andcollaborating with other healthcare providers to best serve our residents whilemaintaining a supportive and nurturing environment.

NeededEducation & Experience to be a LPN at Prestige:

Anactive LPN Certificate in the state you wish to practice
Abilityto communicate effectively, in English, with residents, visitors, and staff

Beginning January 2023, Prestige is excited to offer a great medical plan with low monthly premiums for Full Time (32 hr+) Oregon Skilled Nursing Center employees and dependents

Oregon SNF Union Employees:

Employee Only: $35/month
Employee & Spouse: $70/month
Employee & Family: $105/month

Oregon SNF Non-Union Employees:

Employee Only: $75/month
Employee & Spouse: $200/month
Employee & Family: $300/month
