What can you expect?

  • You will support our customers or their IT department from order receipt, through technical preliminary discussions, to the provision and configuration of our solution
  • You will gather customer requirements and implement the best possible product configuration based on their existing email infrastructure
  • You will work with our product management, sales, and IT teams to continuously improve our solution and internal processes
  • You will assist our support team with technical special cases and specific customer inquiries in the area of 2nd & 3rd level support
