Are you passionate about cycling and have experience in the bicycle industry? We are currently seeking a dedicated full-time employee (m/f/d) to join our team in Cool, TX to actively sell bicycles and manage orders.

You will be working with a motivated team and have a diverse range of tasks.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • General administrative tasks and correspondence (focus)
  • Competent and customeroriented advice
  • Sales of our products and services
  • Telephone and written customer support (domestic and international)
  • Computerbased processing and scheduling of orders from domestic and international customers

What we expect from you:

  • Proficient in computer skills (internet, MS Office, inventory management system)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must
  • Good communication skills in both German and English
  • Independent, structured, and conscientious work ethic, even under pressure
  • Customeroriented, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, teamwork, and resilience
  • Practical experience in the field of bicycles and bicycle technology is preferred
