- Type: Ongoing contract with a potential for a full-time position
- Schedule: Per diem, as required
- Pay: $62.00 per hour
- Implementing health surveillance programs for employees at risk of occupational exposures and illnesses, covering areas such as Hearing, Spirometry, Fit Testing, Tuberculosis, and Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure
- Administering Spirometry and Fit Testing for at-risk employees, including baseline spirometry for new hires and annual fit testing
- Providing Hepatitis B immunization for employees choosing to be vaccinated
- Reviewing QuantiFERON results for employees in the TB surveillance program
- Ensuring all associates undergo annual training
- Offering emergency triage and care for employees during clinic hours for both work-related and non-work-related illnesses or injuries
- Acting as a liaison between contract agencies, human resources, and management for FMLA management
- Assisting in analyzing occupational illness and injury data to help develop health and safety programs, as well as aiding in Worker's Compensation procedures
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Active and unrestricted NP license
- ANCC certification required
- Background in occupational health nursing
