    The Team:

    The Team is a global team composed of experienced consultants, industry practitioners and executives, many of whom have been at the helm of, or trusted advisors to, the largest technology vendors in the market.

    Responsibilities and Impact:

    We are looking to hire an experienced professional that will lead the TMT Advisors team. The role will involve full oversight and accountability to drive revenue, manage consulting services portfolio, operationalize with excellence, manage a seasoned team of consultants with decades of industry experience, manage senior relationships with key strategic clients, as well as develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap of TMT Advisors and S&P Global Market Intelligence's consulting services.

    • Profit & Loss (P&L) Ownership: Manage full financial health, including budgeting, expense control, and reporting to leadership.
    • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a global team of consultants. Set team and individual goals, oversee training, and onboard new hires.
    • Business Development & Strategy: Define and implement overall business strategy, including market analysis, opportunity prioritization, and collaboration with the S&P Global commercial team.
    • Delivery & Operations: Manage all project delivery aspects, from research design to client presentations. Oversee operational needs like legal support and order management.
    • Marketing & Communications: Develop, execute, and communicate the TMT Advisors go-to-market plan. Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns.
    • Client & Project Management: Manage all project activities, resources, and client contracts. Create efficiencies and define new methodologies for scalable consulting delivery.

    Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

    S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $143,244 to $251,511. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.

    In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

    What We're Looking For:

    Basic Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree, Master's Degree or MBA preferred
    • 15+ Years of relevant experience
    • Proven track record of strong team management and leadership skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence both external and internal

    Additional Preferred Qualifications:

    • Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in leading complex projects, managing client relationships, and utilizing resources effectively.
    • Industry & Communication Skills: Deep knowledge of the IT industry coupled with strong communication skills to influence and collaborate with C-level executives and stakeholders.
    • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and advanced analytical tools, with a track record of tackling challenges and delivering solutions.
    • Financial industry acumen. Knowledge of the financial industry and/or financial divisions/departments a plus
