Join a fantastic, growing team leading the multifamily build-to-rent space in Myrtle Beach and beyond. This role will be the #2 in the construction division and oversee all day-to-day operations of project teams.Client Details

They are committed to delivering high quality projects.Currently at 35 employees and growing, this group is looking to expand into new markets as far south as Florida in the next year.
Award winning projects for both design & profitability.Description
Develop and implement strategic plans to lead operational processes and improve efficiency to meet goals
Provide leadership & direction to project managers & superintendents
Effectively allocate resources to maximize productivity and project outcomes
Promote collaboration between teams and effective communication
Budget oversight, working closely with finance/preconstruction department to monitor project budgets
Identify & mitigate potential risks throughout project lifecycles
Work closely with company leadership to ensure objectives are attainable & met through day-to-day workflows and initiatives
Profile
15+ years experience in the construction industry
Commercial & multifamily backgrounds preferred
Outstanding leadership capabilities
Tech savvy with a preference for proficiency with AutoDesk
Bachelor's degree required - preference for construction or related field of study
Individual must have the desire for long-term growth with the company
Ability to foster employee satisfaction and retention amongst project teams
Job Offer
Competitive base salary up to 170K
