- Pay based upon experience
Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other framing materials according to project specifications and industry standards.
- Erect structural frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs, using appropriate tools and techniques such as framing squares, levels, and nail guns.
- Collaborate with other construction team members.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manual dexterity, physical strength, and stamina
- Familiarity with lawn care equipment and basic hand tools
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Ability to read and understand project drawings
- General knowledge of home building and building structure, plumbing, HVAC, electric, and drywall a plus.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
