About the Role:

What will you be doing as a Behavioral Technician at Clinical Behavior? Behavior Technicians are key members of our multi-disciplinary team, working closely with individuals to develop skills in communication, daily living, social interaction, and addressing behavioral requirements. Under the guidance of a BCBA, Behavior Technicians establish relationships with families to foster growth and well-being.

Essential skills:

  • Passion for assisting individuals with various disabilities.
  • Ability to engage and interact with children of different age groups in an entertaining and stimulating manner. Quick thinking and adaptability are key traits.
  • Compassion and patience are vital in handling children facing behavioral challenges.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with professionals and families regularly.
  • Physical fitness to be active, run short distances, and lift up to 10 pounds due to job demands.

Key qualifications:

  • Clean TB test.
  • Valid California Driver's license & Insurance.
  • High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Clearance of background check: DOJ and FBI.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Availability for work on certain days, late afternoons, and evenings from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $26.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
