About the Role:

What will you be doing as a Behavioral Technician at Clinical Behavior? Behavior Technicians are key members of our multi-disciplinary team, working closely with individuals to develop skills in communication, daily living, social interaction, and addressing behavioral requirements. Under the guidance of a BCBA, Behavior Technicians establish relationships with families to foster growth and well-being.

Essential skills:

Passion for assisting individuals with various disabilities.
Ability to engage and interact with children of different age groups in an entertaining and stimulating manner. Quick thinking and adaptability are key traits.
Compassion and patience are vital in handling children facing behavioral challenges.
Effective communication skills for engaging with professionals and families regularly.
Physical fitness to be active, run short distances, and lift up to 10 pounds due to job demands.

Key qualifications:

Clean TB test.
Valid California Driver's license & Insurance.
High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Clearance of background check: DOJ and FBI.
Access to reliable transportation.
Availability for work on certain days, late afternoons, and evenings from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $26.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
