Responsibilities:

Check Eligibility: Verify patient eligibility for appointments, likely through insurance systems.

Scheduling Appointments: Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring compatibility with accepted insurances. Accurately record patient demographics and preferences, including selecting Dr. Solis as the primary care physician (PCP) where applicable, and uploading necessary documents like insurance cards and IDs.

Monitor Curogram: Regularly check Curogram for appointment cancellations and take necessary actions.

Follow Up on No Shows: Contact patients who miss appointments to reschedule or follow up as needed.

Maintain Patient Packets: Keep copies of new patient packets and assessment packets for IEHP members organized and accessible.

Patient Check-In/Out: Efficiently manage patient check-in and check-out processes.

Payment Collection: Collect co-pays and payments for various services, including medical records and FMLA forms. Follow up on outstanding balances as necessary.

Schedule Management: Maintain the appointment schedule according to Dr. Solis' preferences, ensuring no in-person visits during specified times. Coordinate a specific number of new patient appointments and follow-ups throughout the day.

Document Copays: Record all collected copays accurately in Purdi and ensure proper communication with the billing department.

Annual Health Exam Scheduling: Schedule annual health exams for patients and coordinate hospital follow-ups as needed, particularly on Aledade.
Qualifications:
- General office knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication, problemsolving, and analytic skills.
- Familiarity with managed care approaches to healthcare delivery.
- Experience with various office software and ability to handle administrative duties efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Open availability including oncall duties required.
- Commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
