As part of a forward-looking succession plan, we are looking for a (m/f/d)


Head of Electronics Production
for the production site in Northern Bavaria.


Your task is to be responsible for the goal-oriented design of electronic production, including all associated processes (e.g. work planning, quality management, logistics). You will consider future requirements that come with the company's growth in a forward-looking and strategic manner.


In detail:

  • Management of profitability, quality, costs, lead times, etc. through key figures and business aspects
  • Continuous improvement of processes using Lean and Six Sigma principles with a focus on the customer
  • Introduction of futureoriented organizational structures and production technologies
  • Development of concepts to achieve strategic goals
  • Factory planning
  • Planning and implementation of investment decisions and automation solutions
  • Professional budget planning and implementation
  • Close coordination of processes with the engineering department
  • Professional and modern management of employees
